摘 要:科学研究和教学过程是一个密不可分的整体,只有将科学研究成果应用到教学过程中,才能实现教学牵引科研,科研推动教学,进而形成教学和科研的良性循环。本教学改革针对现有课程的教学与科研成果脱节的现状,将"实木家具智能制造"科研成果应用到家具等木制品生产类课程的实践教学中,使学生能够基于软件建立家具等木制品的加工工艺数据库并得到与生产设备直接对接的加工代码,实现了"学生设计-设备加工"的制造模式。学生能够独立自主地将设计的家具制造出来,解决了传统实践教学过程中学生操作设备时危险性,及由于学生缺乏家具等木制品生产实践经验而无法完成家具的制造等问题。本实践教学改革后,学生不仅掌握了实木家具制品智能制造过程,还能将设计方案变为最终的实物产品,同时,实践教学内容向行业需求靠拢,学生能将前期学习的家具等木制品材料、结构和工艺等理论知识应用到实际中,增加了学生的学习热情,提高了学生的实践能力,以及发现问题、分析问题和动手解决问题的能力,改革效果显著,为行业输送高级技术人才打下了坚实的基础。Scientific research and teaching process are inseparable. The Scientific research and teachingprocess could support each other when the scientific research achievement is applied in curriculum teach?ing. Based on the current state that teaching is divorced from scientific research,the solid wood furnitureintelligent manufacture achievement was used in teaching process,thus,students could get the furnituremanufacture database and process codes from software. Students could make furniture independentlybased on the designing scheme,which solves the problems of high risk during the operation of equipment,and the students are unable to complete the furniture manufacturing though they are lack of practical ex?perience. After the teaching reform,students not only master the solid wood furniture intelligent manufac?turing,also can put the designing scheme into final physical products. At the same time,the practiceteaching reform meets the industry demand. Students can apply the furniture material,structure and man?ufacture process to the furniture manufacture,and thus improve the students’ practical ability,increasethe students’ learning enthusiasm,and achieve the ability of problem finding,problem analyzing,andproblems solving,the reform effect is remarkable. This teaching reform has laid a solid foundation for se?nior technical personnel training.
