摘 要:目的随着“互联网+”时代的到来,信息化管理已经成为护理管理现代化的重要标志,本研究通过探索分析线上培训与考核应用于护士中的效果,期望为今后护理信息化管理及培训提供借鉴。方法选取我院神经综合病房49名护士参与线上培训,通过问卷星平台对参训护士进行培训后考核,同时调查对线上培训方式的评价。结果共进行9次线上培训与考核,参与考核护士每次考核的平均分均在90分以上。护士对此次线上培训与考核方式的满意度评价平均分为96.36分;85.72%的护士更倾向于线上培训与考核;71.43%的护士认为线上培训对自己的帮助更大。结论线上培训与考核作为护士普遍接受且更倾向选择的培训方式,能有效提升护士的培训效率和满意度。该方式可为今后临床护理培训工作以及护士的信息化管理提供参考和借鉴。Objective With the advent of the“Internet+”era,informatization management has become an important symbol of the modernization of nursing management.This article aimed to explore the effect of applying online training and assessment to nurses,in order to provide reference for future nursing information management and training.Methods 49 nurses in the neuro synthetic ward were selected to participate in online training and assessment.The nurses were evaluated after each training through the questionnaire platform,and the nurses'evaluation of online training and assessment methods was investigated.Results A total of 9 online training and assessments were conducted,and the average score of each assessment of nurses participating in the assessment was more than 90 points.The average satisfaction rating of nurses on this online training and assessment method was 96.36 points;85.72%of nurses preferred online training and evaluation;71.43%of nurses believed that online training helped them more.Conclusion As a generally accepted and more preferred training method for nurses,online training and assessment can effectively improves the training efficiency of nurses and can increase nurses'satisfaction.This method can provide reference for future clinical nursing training and information management of nurses.
