摘 要:临床实习是高等医学教育理论与实践相结合的关键环节,也是医学生顺利成长为临床医生的重要阶段。因此,如何调动学生积极性和主动性,提高临床实习教学质量迫在眉睫。皮肤性病学的专业性强,疾病病种繁多,临床表现千差万别,又常与多个学科交叉,传统的教学模式已经无法适应现代医学教育的发展进程。文章提出了临床皮肤科实习存在的问题,经过不断改革探索新的临床实习模式,在皮肤科实习教学中施行“专人、分组、分阶段”的带教方式,同时将PBL、CBL、RBL、多媒体等多种教学模式相结合,把传统“老师为主”的教学模式转化为“学生为主”的教学模式,培养了学生的临床综合能力,取得了良好效果。Clinical practice is a key link in the combination of theory and practice in higher medical education,and it is also an important stage for medical students to grow into clinicians smoothly.Therefore,it is urgent to mobilize students’enthusiasm and initiative and improve the teaching quality of clinical practice.Dermatology and venereology is a highly professional discipline,with a variety of diseases and different clinical manifestations,and often intersected with many disciplines,so the traditional teaching model has been unable to adapt to the development process of modern medical education.This paper puts forward the problems in clinical practice,explores the new clinical practice mode through continuous reform,and implements the teaching mode of“special personnel,grouping and stages”in dermatology practice teaching.And the same time,many kinds of teaching modes such as PBL,CBL,RBL and multimedia are combined to transform the traditional teaching mode of“teacher-oriented”into“student-oriented”,which cultivates students’clinical comprehensive ability and achieves good results.
