专业认证背景下临床实践教学体系的优化管理

摘　　要：医学教育全球化及医学人才培养的国际化,推动了临床医学专业认证工作,这也是医学院校提高临床医学教育质量的强大动力。河北大学附属医院通过开展临床医学专业认证,优化管理临床实践教学体系,构建以学生为中心的医学教育人才培养模式,依据目前人才培养标准,规范教学运行,实施质量监控,对人才培养各环节及质量关键控制点进行有效的教学评价,逐渐构建起本科临床实践教学质量保障体系,推动有效的整改措施,持续提高教学质量。以临床专业认证为契机,按照临床专业认证评估标准的要求,探索出一条适合我们自己的实践教学模式。总之,临床本科认证促进了教学工作的改革,改革促进了发展,发展提高教学质量。The globalization of medical education and the internationalization of medical personnel training have promoted the certification of clinical medicine,which is also a powerful driving force for medical colleges to improve the quality of clinical medicine education.The Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University has established a studentcentered medical education personnel training model by carrying out clinical medicine professional certification,optimizing the management of clinical practice teaching system,and constantly improving the quality of personnel training.According to the current personnel training standards,standardize the teaching operation,implement quality monitoring,carry out effective teaching evaluation on all aspects of personnel training and key quality control points,gradually build a quality assurance system for clinical practice teaching of undergraduate course,promote effective rectification measures,and continuously improve the teaching quality.Taking the opportunity of clinical professional certification,according to the requirements of clinical professional certification evaluation standards,we explore a practical teaching mode suitable for our own.In a word,the clinical undergraduate certification promotes the reform of teaching work,the reform promotes the development,the quality of teaching has been improved by the development of education.
