摘 要:为了探讨基于现象学的团体心理辅导对贫困大学生自我成长的促进作用,选取贫困大学生124名,随机分为两组,干预组接受团体心理辅导,对照组组织团体聚会。干预前后分别完成艾森克情绪稳定测验和综合自我效能感测验。结果表明,干预组在自卑感、抑郁、自主性、一般自我效能感、自我调节效能感维度得分显著高于对照组。可见,基于现象学的团体心理辅导可以有效促进贫困大学生的自我成长。To investigate the eff ect of group psychological counseling based on phenomenology on the improvement of self-growth of impoverished college students.124 students were chosen as research objects,who were divided into two groups randomly.The experiments group received phenomenological group psychological intervention and the control group organized group gatherings.The subjects were assessed with Eysenck Emotional Stability Test and Comprehensive Self-effi cacy Test before and after the interventions.The intervention group had signifi cantly higher score in inferiority,depression,autonomy,general self-effi cacy,self-regulating effi cacy than control group after the intervention.Therefore,phenomenological group psychological counseling has significantly improved selfgrowth of impoverished college students.
