摘 要:对翻转课堂在生物药物分离与纯化技术课程教学改革中的应用进行分析,讨论了翻转课堂的发展现状。生物药物分离与纯化技术课程教学中,教师缺乏与翻转课堂相关的概念,学生自主学习的效果难以把握,教学资源制作也对教师能力提出了新挑战,还有部分教师过度强调教学视频的作用。对此,需优化教育理念,加强教师培训;抓住教学关键点,正确进行课堂翻转;找准角色定位,做好定位转换;加强配套设施建设,建立监督机制,以提升生物药物分离与纯化技术课程的教学效果。The research analyzes the flipped course in biological drug isolation and purification technology course teaching reform,and discusses development situation of flipped course.In teaching of biological drug isolation and purification technology course,teachers lack the related concept of flipped course,and they can’t grasp the student independent study effect.Teaching resource production has proposed new challenges for teacher’s ability.But some teachers excessively emphasize the function of teaching video.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize teaching concept,strengthen teacher training;grasp teaching key points,correctly have flipped course;find role position,do well in position transform;strengthen supporting facility construction,establish supervision mechanism,in order to promote the teaching effect of biological drug isolation and purification technology course.
