摘　　要：为了提升资源库有效利用率,使学习者提高学习效率,实现职业教育资源库建设价值,对基于OBE的职业教育资源库建设进行探讨。从成果导向教育理念出发,从确保教学资源的有效性,形成并完善资源库的共享共建机制,实现教育资源库建设的可持续发展等方面开展职业教育资源库建设研究,并展望预期成效。基于OBE的职业教育资源库建设,能够提升优质职业教育资源价值,拓宽资源库应用范围,更好地为教学系统服务。In order to improve the effective utilization rate of resource library,make learner improve learning efficiency,and achieve the value of the construction of vocational education resource library,the research explores the construction of vocational education resource library based on OBE.Through starting from the OBE,the effectiveness of teaching resource,forming and perfecting sharing and joint development mechanism of resource library,and achieving the continuous development of education resource library construction,the research explores the vocational education resource library construction,and prospects the expected effect.Construction of vocational education resource library based on OBE can improve the value of high quality vocational education resource,and widen the applied range of resource library,to better serve for teaching system.
