摘 要:通过收集国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉营养标签数据,并对其进行t检验分析、主成分分析(PCA)和马氏距离评分(MD)等分析后,从而获得国内外婴儿配方奶粉营养标签的异同,以及婴儿配方奶粉与中美0~6个月婴儿每日营养推荐量的相似程度。其结果发现,国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉的在能量上无显著差异,国内配方奶粉营养标签上蛋白质含量均高于国外配方奶粉。基于主成分分析与马氏距离评分可得出国内外婴儿配方奶粉均能满足婴儿每日推荐量营养素摄入量。但国内奶粉中功能性组分如乳铁蛋白、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、低聚果糖(FOS)+低聚半乳糖(GOS)和DHA均显著低于国外奶粉(P<0.05)。因此,国内配方奶粉功能性组分的强化需要进一步完善,并提出科学依据。In this study,by t-test,principal component analysis(PCA)and Mahalanobis distance score(MD),we collected and analysized the nutrition label data of infant formula at home and abroad to obtain the differences between foreign and domestic nutrition labels of infant formula,and the degree of similarity between infant formula and the recommended daily nutrition amount of 0-6 months infants in China and the United States.The results showed that there was no significant difference in energy between domestic and foreign infant formula and the protein content on the nutrition label of domestic formula was higher than that of foreign formula.Based on principal component analysis and Mahalanobis distance score,it can be concluded that infant formula at home and abroad can meet the recommended daily nutrient intake of infants.However,the functional components such as lactoferrin,casein phosphopeptide(CPP),fructooligosaccharide(FOS)+galactooligosaccharide(GOS)and DHA in domestic milk powder were significantly lower than those in foreign milk powders(P<0.05).Therefore,the strengthening of functional components of domestic formula needs to be further improved,and the scientific basis should be put forward.
