摘 要:"双高计划"背景下深化产教融合工作的开展是高职院校校企合作的一次改革和创新,对于高职院校自身人才培养质量及学生职业技能的提升具有一定的积极作用。但在实际的"双高计划"背景下深化产教融合工作过程中,高职院校与合作企业沟通不畅,双方对实际情况了解不足,教师队伍欠缺、评价机制不合理等问题,导致高职院校产教融合工作质量大打折扣。高职院校要想深化产教融合,必须充分完善校企沟通机制,加强本校教师队伍建设,促进高职院校产教融合工作的深入开展。Deepening the integration of industry and education under the background of"double high"plan is a reform and innovation of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,which plays a positive role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and students’vocational skills.But in the actual development process,due to the limited communication between some higher vocational colleges and cooperative enterprises and the lack of understanding of each other’s actual situation,the quality of industry and education integration in higher vocational colleges is greatly reduced.At the same time,under the background of the actual"double high plan",in the process of deepening the integration of industry and education,there are some problems in the construction of the teaching team and evaluation mechanism in some higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should fully improve the school enterprise communication mechanism,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,and promote the further development of the integration of industry and education in China’s higher vocational colleges.
