研究胃镜止血夹止血联合药物喷洒治疗上消化道出血的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析胃镜止血夹止血联合药物喷洒治疗上消化道出血的临床价值。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治上消化道出血患者70例,按入院先后顺序分为两组,各35例。对照组采用胃镜止血夹止血;观察组采用胃镜止血夹联合药物喷洒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在上消化道出血患者临床中运用胃镜止血夹止血与药物喷洒联合治疗,能够缩短止血时间和住院时间,提高患者生活质量,显著提升临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical value of gastroscope hemostasis clip hemostasis combined with drug spraying in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,70 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,according to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gastroscope hemostasis clip hemostasis.The observation group was treated with gastroscope hemostasis clip hemostasis combined with drug spraying.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of gastroscope hemostasis clip hemostasis combined with drug spraying in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients,and significantly improve the clinical treatment effect.
