不同饲养条件下黑水色湾藏猪肌肉矿物质元素含量分析

摘　　要：为了研究不同饲养方式下黑水色湾藏猪肌肉矿物质含量,笔者采用放牧、半舍饲和舍饲方式饲养黑水色湾藏猪12个月,而后屠宰取样,检测常见的微量元素和重金属元素,并进行统计分析。结果表明,舍饲组猪肉中P和Mg2种元素含量均高于放牧组,且差异显著(P<0.05);3种养殖模式下其余各元素含量无显著差异(P>0.05);P、Mg.Zn3种元素之间极显著正相关,且相关系数较大;3种饲养方式的藏猪肉中均未检出As、Pb、Hg、Cd、Cr几种重金属元素。In order to explore themineral elements content characteristics of heishui sewan Tibetan pig meat,we selected 30 Sewan Ti-betan pig whichwere feeded for 12 months in grazing,semi-forage and stall-feding,then all the pigs were slaughtered.Muscle samples were collected to detect constant elements,trace elemnets and heavy metals,and then analyzed statistically.The results showed that the content of P and Mg in sll-leeding group were significantly higher than that in grazing group(P<0.01);There was no significant difer ence in other elements contents of the three breeding modes(P>0.05);There was a significant positive correlation between P,Mg,Zn,and the correlation coefficient was large;No heavy metals,such As,Pb,Hg,Cd and Cr were detected in all Tibetan pork.
