体育教学技能构成要素的质性研究

摘　　要：体育教师教学技能的精准测评,首先需要明确其构成要素。运用质性研究方法对体育教学技能构成要素进行探讨,研究认为:体育教学技能构成要素由心智技能和动作技能组成。其中,心智技能包含体育教学计划设计技能、体育教学自省技能、体育教学内容编制技能、体育教学负荷调控技能;动作技能包含体育教学活动组织技能、体育教学学习指导技能、体育教学保护帮助技能。The accurate evaluation of physical education teachers’ teaching skills first needs to clarify its constituent elements. Using qualitative research methods to discuss the elements of physical education teaching skills, the results show that the elements of physical education teaching skills are composed of two core systems: mental skills and motor skills. Mental skills include physical education plan design skills, physical education introspection skills, physical education content preparation skills, physical education load control skills;Motor skills include physical education activity organization skills, physical education learning guidance skills, physical education protection and assistance skills.
