摘　　要：目的明确临床药学领域的药学专业硕士学位研究生(专硕)在专业实践环节的质控要点,为建立专业实践能力考核指标体系提供依据。方法围绕该领域药学专硕应具备的核心能力、专业实践所应包含的内容和实践能力考核指标体系等问题,收集了来自医疗机构一线临床药师(受访者)填写的共计125份调查问卷,统计各选项选择率,排序并分析受访者意见集中程度。结果 97%的受访者认为实践大纲需制定相对具体的实践内容;矩阵量表结果显示,重要程度评分靠前的核心能力均围绕开展个体化药物治疗以及循证文献分析能力;在9项实践大纲所应包括的实践内容指标体系中,参与用药咨询及用药监护工作、参与治疗方案的制定及优化、参与个体化药物治疗监测及处方点评和协调处理不合理处方4项内容被认为是实践大纲制定中应该包括的具体内容和考核项目。结论临床药学领域的药学专硕实践环节考核指标体系应重点围绕用药咨询及监护能力以及药物治疗方案制定及优化能力展开,并兼顾处方点评、药历书写、处方审核调配等基本技能。AIM To clarify the key points of quality control in the aspect of professional practice in the field of clinical pharmacy for the professional master of pharmacy, so as to provide basis for the establishment of quality control system. METHODS Expert consultation method was applied to consult with 125 experts in the field of clincal pharmacy. In the form of online questionnaires, the survey was carried out around the core competence, professional practice content, practical ability examination index system and other aspects that the professional masters of pharmacy should have in this field. The selection rates of these experts were caculated and the concentration of experts’ opinions were analyzed. RESULTS The 97% of the experts thought that the practice outline needed to formulate relatively specific individualized practice content;the results of the matrix scale showed that the most important core competencies were the ability of medication and evidence based literature analysis. Four of the nine practice content indicators in outline of practice were considered the most important. It included participation in medication consultation and drug use monitoring, formulation and optimization of treatment plan, pharmaceutical ward round and drug use education. CONCLUSION In the field of clinical pharmacy, the pharmacy master’s professional practice can focus on the ability of medication monitoring and the development the drug plan. Then some basic skills such as prescription review, writing of medical history, and prescription review should be improved.
