摘  要:高校传统药学专业教育与创新、创业、创造(三创)教育的脱节是导致药学拔尖人才的培养无法跟上国内制药工业发展的原因之一。药物分析作为一门基于新药研发和检测为主线的药学综合性学科,对其进行"三创"融合的全链式药物分析类人才培养模式探索与构建,将促进三创型药学拔尖人才的培养,有利于推动相关药学学科的发展,对于高校学生的培养与实际需求接轨、提高高校服务国家战略需求的能力、提升高校核心竞争力具有重要意义。The disconnection between the traditional pharmacy education in universities and the education of innovation,entrepreneurship and creation(three innovations)is one of the factors that cause the training of top pharmacy talents to keep up with the development of the domestic pharmaceutical industry.Drug analysis is a comprehensive pharmacy subject based on the development and testing of new drugs.The exploration and construction of a full-chain drug analysis talent training model integrating“three innovations”will promote the cultivation of top-notch talents in pharmacy,which is conducive to the development of related pharmaceutical disciplines.It is of great significance for the cultivation of college students to meet the actual needs,improve the ability of colleges to serve the national strategic needs and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
