摘　　要：患者,女,50岁。左颈部、背部结节伴痒痛20余年,加重10余年。20年前因“子宫肌瘤”行“子宫全切术”。组织病理活检考虑毛发平滑肌瘤。根据临床表现及组织病理学检查诊断为多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤。A 50-year-old female presented with nodules on the neck and back with itching and pain for more than twenty years.The patient was performed uteroscopic resection due to uterine fibroids twenty years ago.The pathological features were in accordance with hair leiomyomas.The diagnosis of multiple skin leiomyomas was made.
