摘 要:"生态立省"和"做强贵州大生态产业"的政策目标确定了十三五规划期间贵州省白酒产业生态化发展的基本战略路径。针对白酒产业生态化概念不明且缺乏指导理论这一问题,该文对白酒产业生态化的内涵与作用机理进行了系统分析,并利用基于云模型的耦合度评价方法对贵州省白酒产业生态化的发展轨迹现状进行综合评价,揭示了贵州省白酒产业生态化发展现状和政策敏感性,为贵州白酒产业十四五规划提供理论支撑与对策建议。The policy goals of"building an ecological province"and"strengthening the large ecological industry in Guizhou"have determined the basic strategic path for the ecological development of Guizhou's Baijiu(Chinese liquor)industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan.Aiming at the problem of the unclear concept of the ecologicalization of the Baijiu industry and lack of guiding theory,the connotation and mechanism of the ecologicalization of the Baijiu industry were systematically analyzed,and the development track of the ecologicalization of the Baijiu industry in Guizhou Province was evaluated by cloud model-based coupling evaluation.This comprehensive evaluation revealed the current status and policy sensitivity of the ecological development of the Baijiu industry in Guizhou Province,and provided theoretical support and countermeasures for the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Baijiu industry in Guizhou.
