摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行、全球经济衰退、国际贸易摩擦等复杂多变的国际形势使得国际教育交流与合作遭遇前所未有的挑战。外部环境变化带来了挑战也蕴含着机遇,需要以新的教育观重新审视教育国际化的发展理念,寻求新的发展契机。在新的形势下,我国教育对外开放需要准确识别机遇、捕捉机遇,在危机中育新机、于变局中开新局。面向未来,我国教育对外开放应进一步加强战略谋划,以共同利益为指向,树立教育对外开放新观念;以体制机制为重点,提升教育对外开放加速度;以内涵发展为目标,强化教育对外开放高品质;以务实行动为抓手,构建教育对外开放大格局。Currently,owing to the COVID-19 pandemic,the global economic recession,international trade frictions,and other complex and unstable international situations,international exchanges and cooperation in education encounter unprecedented challenges. The change of the external environment,however,brings us both challenges and opportunities. Based on a new concept of education,we need to re-examine the orientation of internationalized education,and seek new opportunities of development. Under the new conditions,to open up education,China needs to discern and capture the existing opportunities and seek new opportunities in the crisis,and open a new situation in the transformation.In the future,China is supposed to strengthen the strategic planning,aim at common interests,and establish a new concept of opening-up education;focus on establishing a new system and mechanism,and accelerate the opening-up of education;and target connotative development and improve the quality of the opening-up education;and take action to construct a large pattern of opening up education to the outside world.
