摘　　要：智能制造背景下,企业迫切需求跨界、复合型人才,专业集群发展在实现资源共享的前提下更有助于优势互补,有利于复合型人才培养。在智能制造体系架构的指导下,依据智能制造企业人才需求变化,结合学院专业发展特色组建了智能制造技术专业群,构建了专业群课程体系,明晰了实践教学体系架构,建设了专业群系列化实训基地,为智能制造企业培养技术技能人才奠定了基础。Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,enterprises are in urgent need of cross-border and compound talents.The development of professional clusters is more conducive to complementary advantages on the premise of resource sharing,which is conducive to the cultivation of compound talents.Under the guidance of the intelligent manufacturing system architecture,the intelligent manufacturing technology professional group is established according to the talent demand changes of intelligent manufacturing enterprises and the characteristics of the college's professional development.The curriculum system of professional group is constructed,the structure of practical teaching system is clarified,and the series training base of professional group is built,which lays a foundation for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to train technical and technical talents.
