摘  要:氢燃料电池汽车对环境零污染,续航里程长,加上氢气燃料的来源非常丰富,是新能源汽车的一个重要发展方向。空压机是燃料电池的重要组成部分,离心式涡轮压缩机采用高速永磁电动机直接驱动涡轮,无增速齿轮和润滑油,体积小、结构紧凑。针对氢燃料电池空压机,设计了一台高速永磁电动机控制器,软件上采用滑模观测器估算转子的位置和转速,“三段式”起动;硬件上采用集成电动机控制处理器的双核芯片,单电流传感器采样,普通IGBT功率器件。生产样机并搭建试验平台,对起动性能和调速性能进行测试。该控制器方案结构简单、成本低、性能稳定。Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles(HFCV)have zero pollution to the environment and have a long cruising range.At the same time,hydrogen fuel sources are very rich.Now HFCV is an important development direction for new energy vehicles.Air compressor is an important part of fuel cell.The centrifugal turbo compressor uses a high-speed permanent magnet motor to directly drive the turbine without speed-increasing gears and lubricating oil.A high speed permanent magnet motor controller is designed for hydrogen fuel cell air compressor.The sliding mode observer(SMO)is used to estimate the position and speed of the rotor,the motor controller adopts three-stage starting mode.A dual-core chip with integrated motor control processor’s is used in the controller with single current sensor and common IGBT power devices.The high speed motor controller is produced and the experimental platform is built,then the starting performance and speed regulation performance of the motor controller are tested.The controller has a simple structure with low cost and stable performance.
