摘　　要：随着目前我国教育事业的不断发展,对于师范专业人才也有着越来越大的需求,且有着越来越高的要求,因而在师范专业教育教学中,实现师范专业学生的有效培养也就十分必要。在当前师范专业学生的培养过程中,为能够使其综合能力及素质实现有效提升,十分重要的一点就是需要对其进行技能培训,并且需要有效开展素质教育,以满足人才培养的实际需求,为我国的教育教学事业提供更多的专业师范人才,促使教育教学事业得到更科学合理的发展。With the continuous development of education in China,there is a growing demand for teachers'professionals,and there are higher and higher requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the effective training of normal students in the teaching of normal education.In order to effectively improve their comprehensive ability and quality,it is very important to train their skills and effectively carry out quality education to meet the actual needs of personnel training,so that more professional teachers for China's education and teachingcan be provided,and the development of education and teaching more scientifically and reasonably can be promoted.
