摘 要:近年来,随着我国“双一流”高校建设的不断推进,提高本科生教学质量再度成为各高校关注的重点。作为一种新型且高效的人培养模式,本科生导师制备受高校青睐。但我国目前实行的导师制普遍存在对导师制认识不足、“学院-导师-学生”闭环体系缺失、师资力量不够、互选机制不完善、师生互动不足、缺乏激励机制、缺少评估体系等亟需解决的问题,距离真正实现制度化、个性化、周全化仍有一定差距。根据我校功能材料专业人才培养特点,深化导师制认知,构建“学院-导师-学生”闭环体系,建立“导师-研究生-本科生-导师”优化模式,拓展师生沟通渠道,健全师生互选机制和考评激励机制,从六维角度全面构建优化的本科生导师制新体系,解决目前本科生导师制存在的弊端,以实现对本科生精准化、个性化的培养目标。In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the construction of"double first-class"universities in China,improving the teaching quality of undergraduates has attracted great attention of universities a second time.As a new-type and high-efficient talent cultivation model,the undergraduate tutorial system is favored by many universities.However,there are still some problems need to be solved in term of the current implemented state in China,such as the insufficient understanding of tutorial system,the lack of the closed-loop system of"college-mentor-student",inadequate teacher resources,imperfect mutual selection mechanism,weak teacher-student interaction,and the lack of incentive mechanism as well as evaluation system.Actually,there is still a certain gap to truly achieve institutionalization,personalization and comprehensiveness of the tutorial system.According to the talent cultivation characteristics of the functional materials major in our school,it is necessary to establish an"instructor-graduate student-undergraduate-mentor"optimization model,though which to expand teacher-student communication channels,improve the teacher-student mutual selection mechanism and evaluation incentive mechanism,comprehensively build an optimized"college-mentor-student"closed-loop system from a six-dimensional perspective.Taking the above strategies is profitable to overcome the shortcomings of the current undergraduate tutor system and achieve the precise and personalized undergraduates'cultivation goal.
