社会支持视角下父母与智障子女心理健康的关系——基于秦巴山区的调查

摘　　要：基于秦巴山区的调查,分析智障家系心理健康的代际传递特点,从社会支持视角探讨智障家系负性心理健康代际传递的阻断机制。研究发现:智障家系父母及子女心理健康水平低下,智障患者总体社会支持不足,对支持的利用度与主观体验相对较差。智障家系父母低下的心理健康水平以较大效应量传递给子女,但子女的社会支持可以缓冲或阻断这种负性影响。从心理健康角度提出的健康扶贫对策有:以父母作为心理健康帮扶的重点人群,以提升智障子女对外部支持的利用与情感体验水平为教育内容,以精神卫生工作者为主体建立多层次的基层干预网络。Based on the investigation in Qinba mountain area,this paper analyzes the characteristics of intergenerational transmission of mental health in families with intellectual disabilities,and explores the blocking mechanism of negative psychological intergenerational transmission from the perspective of social support.The study found that the mental health level of parents and children was low in families with intellectual disabilities,the overall social support of children with intellectual disabilities was insufficient,and the utilization of support and subjective experience were relatively poor.The low mental health level of parents in families with intellectual disabilities was transmitted to their children in a large-effect size,but the social support the children with intellectual disabilities received could buffer or block this negative effect.From the perspective of mental health,the health poverty alleviation countermeasures include:taking parents as the key group of mental health assistance;taking improving the utilization of external support and emotional experience level of children with intellectual disabilities as the educational content;taking mental health workers as the main body to establish a multi-level grassroots intervention network.
