摘　　要：高校英语教师专业发展状况,尤其是专业学习共同体模式的构建成为促进高校英语教师专业发展的主流范式。根据概念、目标,构建高校英语教师专业学习共同体模式的策略及实施路径,为高校英语教师专业发展提供方向借鉴及实践启示。College English teachers’professional development,as well with the construction of professional learning community has become the mainstream paradigm which can promote college English teachers’professional development.This paper analyzes strategies of constructing professional learning community and paths for implementation in terms of its concept and objectives,hoping to provide guidance and practical enlightenment for college English teachers’professional development.
