摘　　要：教师伦理具有基于人的共性伦理、立足群体的群性伦理和面向个体的个性伦理三重属性。共性伦理是基于"人"的基本伦理属性,强调教师作为"人"的基本伦理;群性伦理是立足教师群体的群性伦理属性,强调作为"教师"的群体性规范伦理;个性伦理则是面向教师个体德性的个体伦理属性,核心在于形成教师个体德性的高位伦理。澄清教师伦理的三重属性,旨在全面认识教师伦理并据此给予教师伦理的不同期许与合理要求,促使教师伦理的全面提升。The teachers’ethic has the triple properties.the common ethic,the group ethic and the individual ethic.The common ethic based on the basic human nature ethic.The key is the common ethic of the human.The group ethic based on the teacher group which emphasis the normative ethic of the teachers.The personality ethic refers to the teacher moral.The core is the individual high-standard ethic.The aims to clarify the triple properties of the teachers’ethic is to understand comprehensively and afford expect and demand properly,to promote the teachers’ethic comprehensively.
