摘 要:本文论述了以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)结合循证医学(EBM)教育的理念,简述采用PBL与EBM相结合改进急诊内科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学方法,能够培养现代医学生的诊疗能力,锻炼学生的临床思维能力、EBM能力、创新能力及终身自我教育能力。本文指出在目前全面贯彻素质教育的形势下,有必要进行大力推广并不断探索其教学效果,对拓展急诊内科住院医师的临床工作能力和素质、树立正确和科学的医学观有很大帮助。This paper discusses the concept of the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)education.This paper introduces the clinical teaching method of PBL and EBM to improve the standardized training of residents in emergency medicine,it can train the diagnosis and treatment ability of modern medical students,and train their clinical thinking ability,EBM ability,innovation ability and lifelong self-education ability.This paper points out that it is necessary to popularize quality-oriented education and explore its teaching effect under the situation of carrying out quality-oriented education in an all-round way at present,which is of great help to expand the clinical work ability and quality of residents in emergency medicine and establish correct and scientific medical concept.
