摘 要:职业教育终身化是终身教育的重要组成部分,其目标是培养受教育者的终身可持续发展能力,让职业教育贯穿于教育的全过程和从业者的整个职业生涯,实现对受教育者个体职业生命周期的全覆盖。在目前实施职业教育终身化的进程中,还存在人才培养目标不够明确、课程教学内容缺乏特色、专业教师实践经验欠缺和学生学习动力不足等诸多问题。各级教育主管部门和职业院校需要在教育理念、顶层制度设计、专业和课程开发、师资队伍建设以及培训体系的构建等多方面采取有效措施,建立科学规范的职业教育终身化的人才培养制度体系,为受教育者开通无障碍的学习通道,实现人的发展与社会进步的有机统一。Lifelong vocational education is an important part of lifelong education.Its goal is to cultivate the lifelong sustainable development ability of the educated,make vocational education run through the whole process of education and the whole career of the practitioners,and realize the full coverage of the individual career life cycle of the educated.In the current process of implementing lifelong vocational education,there are still many problems,such as the unclear goal of talent training,the lack of characteristics of curriculum teaching content,the lack of practical experience of professional teachers and the lack of learning motivation of students.Educational authorities at all levels and vocational colleges need to take effective measures in terms of education concepts,top⁃level system design,major and curriculum development,teacher team construction and training system construction to establish a scientific and standardized talent training system for lifelong vocational education.It opens up barrier⁃free learning channels for the educated and realize the organic integration of human development and social progress.
