摘  要:随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,食品安全问题成为关系民生的重要议题。食品安全和人体健康密切相关,食品微生物检验作为衡量食品质量和卫生的重要指标,对食品安全的重要性不言而喻。食品微生物检验是食品质量检验的重要环节,它包括分子生物学技术、免疫学方法多种检测技术,其检测的准确性会受到环境、样品、人员、培养基等多种因素的影响。本文对食品微生物检验的意义和方法进行了分析,对食品微生物检验的影响因素和检验方式进行了探讨,阐述了如何有效控制食品微生物检验质量,旨在通过控制食品微生物检验质量来提高食品检验质量,确保食品安全,从而保障人们的健康。With the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,food safety has become an important issue related to people’s livelihood.Food safety is closely related to human health.As an important index to measure food quality and hygiene,microbiological examination in food is of great importance to food safety.Food microbiological test is an important part of food quality inspection,which includes molecular biology technology,pathogenic bacteria test,immunology method and many other detection technologies.The accuracy of detection will be affected by many factors such as environment,sample,personnel,culture medium and so on.This paper analyzes the significance and methods of food microbiological inspection,discusses the influencing factors and inspection methods of food microbiological inspection,and expounds how to effectively control the quality of food microbiological inspection,so as to ensure the safety of food and protect people’s health by controlling the quality of food microbiological inspection.
