摘 要:依据JF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立高效液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿营养米粉中维生素A、D_(3)和E含量不确定度的数学模型,对测量过程中的各不确定度来源进行逐层分析、量化和合成。当取样量为5.000 g时,样品中维生素A、D_(3)和E扩展不确定度为0.1884,0.0093,0.0067μg/g,测定含量为(9.2500±0.1884),(0.1140±0.0093),(0.1815±0.0067)μg/g。最终结果的不确定度主要是由标准溶液储备液配制、标准工作曲线拟合和回收率引起。The uncertainty of the determination of V_(A),VD_(3) and V_(E) content in infant nutritional rice flour by HPLC was evaluated.According to JF1059.1—2012"evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty",a mathematical model for simultaneous determination of V_(A),VD_(3) and V_(E) content uncertainty in infant nutrition rice flour by HPLC was established,and the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed,quantified and synthesized layer by layer.When the sampling volume was 5.000 g,the expanded uncertainty of V_(A),VD_(3) and V_(E) in the sample was 0.1884,0.0093,0.0067μg/g,and the measured content was(9.2500±0.1884),(0.1140±0.0093),(0.1815±0.0067)μg/g,respectively.The uncertainty of the final result was mainly caused by the preparation of standard solution reserve,fitting of standard working curve and recovery rate.
