论高校班级文化建设及其与“三全育人”的契合

摘　　要：班级是学校行政管理的最基层组织,实现班级文化建设与“三全育人”的有效契合,对于培养五育均衡全面发展具有重要的意义,更有利于提升校园文化的总体水平。当前,高校班级文化建设普遍存在诸多问题,文章针对于此阐释了班级文化建设的主要内容及其重要性,重点分析校园文化其中一个重要板块班级文化建设和“三全育人”的契合路径,提出了“全员参与,形成教育合力,实现‘为了一切学生’”“全程参与,使班级永葆活力,做到‘为了学生一切’”和“全方位参与,围绕目标发力,务求‘一切为了学生’”三个实施路径。Class is the most basic organization of school administration.To realize the effective combination of class culture construction and“three full education”is of great significance to the cultivation of socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.At present,there are many problems in the construction of class culture in colleges and universities.This paper explains the content and importance of class culture construction,analyzes the existing problems,and focuses on the combination of class culture construction and“three full education”.This paper puts forward three implementation paths:“participation of all staff to form the resultant force of education and realize‘for all students’”,“participation in the whole course to make the class vigorous forever,and achieve‘for all students’”and“participation in all directions to launch force around the goal and make sure‘for all students’”.
