疫情期间护士抗逆力水平及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解疫情期间非定点医疗救治医院护士抗逆力水平及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷,医护人员抗逆力评价量表、组织支持量表和家庭支持量表对唐山市1所三级综合性医院和3所二级综合性医院1660名护士进行调查。结果护士抗逆力总分为(74.98±9.82)分;组织支持感总分(61.45±12.01)分,家庭支持得分(23.74±4.07)分;医院等级、参加公共卫生事件应急培训、组织支持感、家庭支持是疫情期间护士抗逆力的主要影响因素。结论疫情期间非定点救治医院护士的抗逆力处于较高水平,二级医院、参加公共卫生事件应急培训的护士抗逆力水平高,良好的组织支持感和家庭支持有助于提升护士的抗逆力水平。Objective To understand the level and influencing factors of nurses'resilience level in non-designated medical treatment hospital during the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods A total of 1660 nurses from one third-level general hospital and three second-level general hospitals in Tangshan were investigated by using general data questionnaire,medical staff stress assessment scale,organization support scale and family support scale.Results The total score of resilience of nurses was(74.98±9.82).The total score of organizational support was(61.45±12.01),and the family support score was(23.74±4.07).The main factors influencing nurses'resilience during the COVID-19 epidemic were hospital level,participation in public emergency training,sense of organizational support and family support.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,nurses'resilience in non-designated hospitals is in a high level,the levels of stress resistance of nurses in secondary hospitals and trained nurses who have participated in public emergencies are high,and good organizational support and family support help to improve the stress resistance level of nurses.
