摘  要:综述了灵芝孢子常用的破壁方法,分析了各种破壁方法的特点,多种破壁方法组合的复合破壁技术,同时兼顾经济、高效、环保的破壁技术将是灵芝孢子破壁技术的发展趋势。阐述了灵芝类在保健食品中的注册情况,包括不同剂型、不同功能声称等保健食品注册的占比等情况的现状、存在的问题及前景展望。为灵芝孢子粉产品的推广应用提供参考。The sporoderm-breaking methods commonly used in Ganoderma lucidum spores were briefly described,the characteristics of various wall breaking methods were analyzed,and the composite sporoderm-breaking technology combined with various sporoderm-breaking methods was introduced.In the future,economical,efficient and environmentally friendly sporodermbreaking technology would be the development trend.This paper expounds the situation of the registration of G.lucidum products in health food,and the proportion of different dosage forms and functions in the registration of health food,as well as existing problems and prospects.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the promotion and application of G.lucidum spore powder.
