探析行业协会在食用菌产业发展中的作用

摘　　要：食用菌产业作为新兴的绿色健康产业,是研究产业发展的热点,2019年全国食用菌总产量3933.87万吨,总产值3126.67亿元,出口各类食(药)用菌产品68.97万吨,出口金额36.35亿美元。食用菌行业协会在助力食用菌产业发展中起到积极作用。通过以云南省食用菌协会为例,从提升产业优势、规范产业发展、教育培训、交流合作、品牌建设等方面分析了行业协会在食用菌产业发展中发挥的作用;针对产业发展存在的发展水平滞后、缺乏品牌、从业人员整体素质有待提高等问题,思考云南省食用菌协会如何发挥优势在整合资源、发展品牌、开拓市场等方面走出属于自己的特色发展之路,追赶全国食用菌产业发展的步伐。Edible fungi industry,as an emerging green and healthy industry,is a hot spot of research and industrial development.In 2019,the total output of fresh edible fungi in China was 39.3387 million tons,the total output value was 312.667 billion,the export value of all kinds of edible(medicinal)fungi products was 689700 tons,and the export value was 3.635 billion US dollars.Edible fungi industry association plays an active role in promoting the development of edible fungi industry.Taking Yunnan Edible Fungi Association as an example,through analyzes the positive role of industry association in the development of edible fungi industry as following:enhancing industrial advantages,standardizing industrial development,education and training,exchange and cooperation,and brand building.As for the problems of the in the development of industry,such as lagging development level,lack of brand,and the low-quality of overall employees,it makes an analysis that how Yunnan Province Edible Fungi Association will make full use of its advantages to develop its own way of characteristic development in integrating resources,developing brands and opening up markets,so as to catch up with the development of national edible fungi industry.
