摘　　要：在全国高职院校争建一流、勇攀"双高"的大背景下,本文以上海城建职业学院酒店管理专业为例,通过对该校九届毕业生和一届在读实习生的专业满意度调查分析来探索以学生满意度为导向的高职院校酒店管理专业建设的优化途径。Under the background of all higher vocational colleges endeavoring for"Double-high Plan"nationwide,Hospitality Management Specialty in Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College has been selected as the example in this article for the study of how to optimize the construction of Hospitality Management Specialty in vocational colleges based on students'specialty satisfaction.
