广西高校专业硕士研究生导师队伍建设机制研究

摘　　要：与学术硕士相比,专业硕士培养更偏重实践应用,注重在理论基础上的实践操作运用能力。本文通过对广西高校专业硕士培养情况进行调查,发现专业硕士研究生导师队伍普遍存在导师队伍结构比例不平衡、导师队伍指导内涵不够、导师职责履行不到位等问题,这些问题导致了专业硕士培养质量普遍不高。在专业硕士导师队伍建设中,广西高校应通过完善导师队伍结构、建立严格导师遴选制度、鼓励校内外导师形成优势互补,夯实导师队伍建设机制。Compared with academic master,professional master's training pays more attention to practical application and practical operation ability based on theory.It is found that the proportion of tutors and supervisors in Guangxi is not balanced,which leads to the problem that the proportion of professional tutors and master's supervisors is not high enough.In the construction of professional master tutor team,Guangxi colleges and universitiesshould improve the tutor team structure,establish a strict tutor selection system,encourage internal and external tutors to form complementary advantages,and consolidate the tutor team construction mechanism.
