摘 要:在计算机技术日新月异、5G时代到来、网络覆盖面与智能手机使用量越来越大的背景下,教育信息化的发展得到较好的助推,那么,作为高校健美操教学如何有效回应、反馈、适应网课。鉴于此,文章驾驭文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地参与式观察法,并融合笔者一线十多年的一线教学经历,解读了网课的内涵与特征,并且针对当前高校健美操教学中存在的平台式、直播式、混合式、其他形式这四种网课进行了底色挖掘,进而对高校健美操直播式网课的操作方略进行了机制建构,以期有利于推进高校健美操网课教学的开展,有助于为高校健美操网课教学提供实践参考路径,有益于促进高校健美操教学适应教育信息化。In the context of the rapid development of computer technology,the arrival of the 5G era,the increasing network coverage and the increasing use ofsmart phones,the development of education informatization has been better promoted,so how to effectively respond,feedback and adapt as aerobics teaching in colleges and universities Online class.In view of this,the article controlsthe literature data method,the logical analysis method,the field participatory observation method,and integratesthe author's first-line teaching experience for more than ten years,interprets the connotation and characteristics of online courses,and addressesthe current aerobicsteaching in colleges and universities.The four types of online courses:platform,live broadcast,mixed,and other forms have been explored,and then the operation strategy of college aerobics live online courses has been constructed,in order to promote the teaching of college aerobics online courses.The development will help to provide a practical reference path for college aerobics online teaching,and it will help promote college aerobics teaching to adapt to educational information.
