摘  要:社区教育是一种自下而上、自发组织,以丰富民众文化生活为主,并以提升精神教养见长的"休闲教育",从教育属性讲,是一种"草根性"的大众化教育。社区教育是全民终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是建设学习型社会的重要基础,是教育发展的新趋势,新任务,也是新时代的一种"潮流性"教育。电大教师转型开展社区教育面临诸多困境,比如:意识观念转变困境、专业能力转型困境、教学模式转变困境、教学评价转换困境,本文从以上四个方面进行了分析探讨,提出了对策和建议。Community education is a kind of"leisure education"which is organized spontaneously from bottom to top,which enriches people's cultural life and is good at improving spiritual cultivation.From the perspective of educational attribute,it is a kind of"grassroots"popular education.Community education is an important part of the whole people's lifelong education system,an important foundation for building a learning society,a new trend and task of education development,and a"trend"education in the new era.TVU teachers face many difficulties in the transformation of community education,such as:the transformation of consciousness,professional ability,teaching mode and teaching evaluation.This paper analyzes and discusses the above four aspects and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
