摘 要:选修课能促进学员知识视野和技能的拓展、促进教员专业素养的持续提升、促进学校办学特色和课程模式的多样化,但它从教学对象、课程内容到培养目标又与必修课有着明显的差别。文章结合"军事通信系统"选修课的课程特点和教学现状,围绕多种类教学方式和多因素考核方式在课程实施过程中的具体应用开展研究与探索,以充分调动不同选课需求的学员的学习积极性,有效保障课程教学质量进而实现该门选修课的培养目标。Elective course can promote the expansion of students'knowledge vision and skills,promote the continuous improvement of teachers'professional quality,and promote the diversification of school running characteristics and curriculum mode.However,it is obviously different from compulsory courses in terms of teaching objects,curriculum contents and training objectives.Combined with the course characteristics and teaching status of military communication system elective course,this paper studies and explores the specific application of various teaching methods and multi factor assessment methods in the course implementation process,so as to fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm ofstudents with different course selection requirements,effectively guarantee the teaching quality of the course,and realize the training objectives of the elective course.
