摘　　要：通过了解检验专业在校大学生对体外诊断行业的认知状况以及对教学课程的看法,探讨增强检验专业学生对体外诊断的认知的途径,为医学院校育人模式改革提供参考依据,同时为医学院校对检验在校学生进行精准分类和特色培养,开展校企合作的育人模式,为检验在校学生的职业生涯规划和就业做准备。Through the understanding of laboratory students'cognition of in vitro diagnosis industry and their views on teaching courses,this paper explores the ways to enhance the cognition of laboratory students on in vitro diagnosis,and provides reference for the reform of education mode in medical colleges and universities.At the same time,it also provides medical colleges with accurate classification and characteristic training for students in laboratory,and carries out education mode of school enterprise cooperation check the career planning and employment preparation of the students.
