摘 要:目的分析医学生参与PBL教学存在的问题及对策。方法以592名一年级医学生作为研究对象,开展组织学的PBL实验教学,课程结束后发放无记名问卷表,调查影响一年级医学生参与PBL教学的因素。结果影响一年级医学生参与PBL教学的因素主要是课程的学习讨论时间不够;老师讲解太少,不知道结论的对错;没有相应知识储备,无法深入讨论;少数同学不参加,影响大家的积极性;不适应这种教学方式,只习惯传统的讲授式教学。结论PBL教学中应考虑到影响学生学习的因素,加以优化和不断改进,才能取得更好的教学效果。Objective To analyze the problems and Countermeasures of medical students'participation in PBL teaching.Methods 592 first-year medical students were selected as the research objects.Carrying out PBL experimental teaching of histology,anonymous questionnaires will be issued at the end of the course,objective to investigate the factors that influence the participation of PBL teaching in medical students of grade one.Results The main factors influencing the first year medical students to participate in PBL teaching are①There is not enough discussion time for the course.②The teacher explained too little and didn't know the right or wrong conclusion.③Without corresponding knowledge reserve,it is impossible to discuss in depth.④A small number of students do not participate,affecting everyone's enthusiasm.⑤Not adapt to this teaching method,only used to the traditional teaching method.Conclusion In PBL teaching,we should take into account the factors that affect students'learning,optimize and improve it,so as to achieve better teaching effect.
