摘　　要：针对复合绝缘子离线检测多采用高压打压实验,很少考虑绝缘子憎水性等级,且检测工作多由人工完成等问题,以PLC和工业机器人为核心,设计一款多工位全自动复合绝缘子憎水性检测系统。系统由上位机、工业机器人和检测机三部分组成。为实现多工位检测目标,设计了可同时夹持4个复合绝缘子的工业机器人末端执行器。与此同时,通过检测机底部盘形分度运动装置以及顶部安装摄像机用二轴运动平台的相互配合,实现复合绝缘子憎水性图像的提取。所设计系统实现了全自动化、标准化作业,代替了高压环境下的人工作业,提高了检测的安全性及有效性,提升了检测效率,具有较高的推广应用价值。For the off⁃line detection of composite insulators,high⁃pressure compression tests are used.The insulation level of in⁃sulators is rarely considered,and the detection work is mostly done by manual.A multi⁃station automatic hydrophobic detection system for the compound insulator was designed with PLC and industrial robot as the core.The system consisted of a host computer,an indus⁃trial robot and a detector.In order to achieve the multi⁃station detection target,an industrial robot end effector capable of clamping four composite insulators at the same time was designed.Meanwhile,the hydrophobic image of the composite insulator was extracted by the mutual matching of the disc type indexing movement device at the bottom of the detector and the two⁃axis motion platform for the top mounted camera.Using the designed system,full automation and standardization operation is realized,it replaces the manual work in high⁃pressure environment,so the safety,effectiveness and efficiency of the detection are improved.It has high promotion and ap⁃plication value.
