新零售背景下高职连锁经营专业人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：新零售商业模式给连锁行业的发展带来了新的契机,“新零售”背景下高职连锁经营专业人才培养方案由于缺乏产教深度融合,导致人才培养定位不清,课程体系设置缺乏创新等问题,而新零售商业模式是连锁经营专业人才培养的方向。针对新零售背景下,高职连锁经营专业人才培养存在的问题,提出具体的人才培养方向和创新的人才培养方案。The new retail business model has brought new opportunities to the development of the chain industry.Due to the lack of deep integration of industry and education in the vocational chain management professional talent training program under the“new retail”background,the positioning of talent training is unclear,and the curriculum system is lack of innovation.The new retail business model is the direction of training professional talents for chain operations.In view of the problems existing in the talent training of chain operation specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new retail background,this paper puts forward specific talent training direction and innovative talent training scheme.
