结直肠癌组织中EGFR、Ki-67蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、Ki-67蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2017年5月至2019年6月于我院行结直肠癌根治术治疗收集的病理标本120例为研究组,同时收集患者正常结直肠标本作为对照组。比较两组Ki-67、EGFR蛋白阳性表达率差异,并分析Ki-67、EGFR阳性表达率与结直肠癌临床病理特征关系。结果研究组Ki-67、EGFR阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌中随着TNM分期增高、分化程度降低而Ki-67阳性表达率呈增高趋势,且有淋巴结转移Ki-67阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌中随着肿瘤分化程度降低EGFR阳性表达率逐渐增高,有淋巴结转移EGFR阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移,左侧肿瘤EGFR阳性表达率大于右侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67、EGFR在结直肠癌组织中呈高表达,其表达水平与患者临床病理特征关系密切,联合检测能有效评估病情恶性程度和预后。Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and Ki-67 protein in colorectal cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods From May 2017 to June 2019,120 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the study group and normal colorectal specimens as the control group.The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and EGFR were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between Ki-67 and EGFR and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 and EGFR in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in colorectal cancer increased with the increase of TNM stage and the decrease of differentiation degree,and the positive expression rate of Ki-67 with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of EGFR gradually increases as the degree of tumor differentiation decreases in colorectal cancer,and the positive expression rate of EGFR with lymph node metastasis is higher than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),the positive expression rate of EGFR in the left tumor was higher than that in the right tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion Ki-67 and EGFR are highly expressed in colorectal cancer,and their expression level is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Combined detection can effectively evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
