摘 要:人力资源管理作为现代企业管理的重要组成部分,在企业数字化转型发展过程中面临着转型创新的挑战和压力,也存在着赋能破局的机遇和动力。为更好融入企业的数字化变革,人力资源管理应主动求新求变,通过数字化革新理念、赋能运营、创新方法与提升效能,积极探索人力资源管理的数字化创新。同时,可在融入企业的数字化转型战略、构建企业级人力资源数据平台、加快人力资源管理的智能化改造、加强人力资源数据应用的精细化管理、打造和激活企业数字化人才体系等方面深入实践,为企业提供坚强有力的组织保障和人才支撑。As an important part of modern enterprise management,human resource management is faced with challenges and pressures of transformation and innovation,as well as opportunities and motivations to empower it to break the game in the process of digital transformation and development of enterprises.In order to better integrate into the digital transformation of enterprises,human resource management should actively seek for innovation and change,and actively explore the digital innovation of human resource management through the concept of digital innovation,enabling operation,innovative methods and improving efficiency.At the same time,the enterprise can be integrated into the digital transformation strategy,construct the enterprise’s human resource data platform,accelerate the intelligent transformation of human resource management,strengthen the fine management of human resource data application,build and activate the enterprise’s digital talent system to provide strong organizational guarantee and talent support for the enterprise.
