“一带一路”背景下校企合作旅游人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”背景下,高职院校需要转变中外合作办学理念,基于中国企业“走出去”的事实,不断提升“走出去”的能力和水平。职业教育在专业规划、师资建设、培养目标、课程体系等方面应逐渐完成“引进来”向“走出去”的转变:专业建设规划必须立足本地,面向全球,彰显个性化办学特色;人才培养目标应注重“跨文化交际+职业素养+专业技能+学习创新”素能培养;资源建设需探索“双语种或多语种+跨境共建资源共享”机制;在过程与结果质量控制方面,应实施“标准化+制度化+证书化”整合模式。Under the Belt and Road Initiative,higher vocational colleges need to change concept of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and to constantly enhance the ability and level of“going global”based on the fact of Chinese enterprises“going global”.Vocational education should gradually complete the transformation from“bringing in”to“going global”in terms of specialty planning,teacher construction,training objectives,curriculum system,etc.:the specialty construction planning must be based on the local,face the world and demonstrate the characteristics of personalized school running;the talent training goal should focus on the ability training of“cross-cultural communication+professional quality+professional skills+learning innovation”;the resource construction needs to explore the mechanism of“bilingual or multilingual+cross-border co-construction resource sharing”;in terms of process and result quality control,the integration mode of“standardization+institutionalization+certification”should be implemented.
