“社会排斥”与“自我放纵”:当代青年吸毒者的生命历程与吸毒生涯

摘　　要：在迅速转型的当代中国社会,青年吸毒者的规模不断扩张。本文立足于中国社会转型的背景,以生命历程的视角,结合对F省Q市的青年吸毒者群体进行深度访谈,探索了当下青年吸毒生涯的实践模式。研究发现,“社会排斥”与“自我放纵”是其中两种典型的模式,前者往往在遭遇社会排斥、物质资源匮乏的情景下,出于缓解压力、绝望自弃而吸毒,并经由“初级社会排斥”和“标签化社会排斥”两阶段开启和扩张吸毒生涯;后者通常在物质富足与闲暇充裕、但精神生活空虚的情景下,出于消费娱乐而吸毒,并经由“自控意识削弱”和“中立化越轨行为”两阶段开启和扩张吸毒生涯。上述这两种模式的交织与演化在增加特定个体戒毒难度的同时,也致使各种涉毒社会网络的扩张,并最终导致了“形似质异”的青年吸毒者群体形成。In contemporary Chinese society,the number of drug-addicted youth is constantly increasing.In the context of China's social transition and from the perspective of life course,this study explores the patterns of drug takings of the drug-addicted youth through in-depth interviews with the drug addicts in Q City,F province.This study identifies that“social-exclusion”and“self-indulgence”are two typical patterns:the former involves addicts who encounter social exclusion with insufficient material resources,and then use drugs to relieve stress.Through the two stages of“primary social exclusion”and“labeled social exclusion”,they start taking and addicting in drugs.The latter usually takes drugs for consumption and entertainment when they are wealthy but find life meaningless.“Weakened self-control awareness”and“neutralizing deviant behaviors”are two sequential stages during their drug takings.The interweaving and co-evolution of the two patterns,which increases the difficulty for individuals’detoxification,has caused the expansion of various drug-related social networks,and led to the led to the formation of heterogeneous young drug-addicted groups in contemporary China.
