摘  要:新经济背景下,作为我国制造业最具创新活力的高新技术产业亟需高等工程教育来提升其产业动态竞争力。基于动态能力理论,运用自回归滞后修正模型(ARDL-ECM),对2000—2017年我国高等工程教育与高新技术产业动态竞争力之间的稳定性关系进行研究,结果表明:高等工程教育工科硕士毕业生和高校科研课题均对高新技术产业动态竞争力有显著影响,高校知识产权对高新技术产业动态竞争力影响不显著。为此,提出扩大工科硕士研究生规模、深化产学协调机制、完善科技成果转化制度等相关建议。Under the new economic background, as the most innovative and energetic high-tech industry in China’s manufacturing industry, higher engineering education is urgently needed to enhance its dynamic competitiveness. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this paper uses the ARDL-ECM model to study the stability relationship between China’s higher engineering education and the dynamic competitiveness of high-tech industries from 2000 to 2017.The results show that the engineering graduates of higher engineering education and the scientific research topics of universities have a significant impact on the dynamic competitiveness of high-tech industries, the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities have no significant impact on the dynamic competitiveness of high-tech industries. To this end, the paper proposes to expand the scale of engineering graduate students, deepen the coordination of innovation in industry and education, and improve the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements.
