后疫情时代实习护生社会责任感培养的实践研究

摘　　要：目的对后疫情时代实习护生社会责任感培养的效果进行分析。方法选择2020年6-12月在某医科大学两所附属医院实习的163名护生作为研究对象。其中一所附属医院的75名实习护生为研究组,进行社会责任感的培养。另一所附属医院的87名实习护生为对照组,按照常规进行培养。比较两组护生在团队合作能力、护理核心制度的掌握能力、书写护理病例的能力、技能操作能力考核成绩的差异,并调查患者对实习护生的工作满意度。结果研究组实习护生通过分阶段教育培养后,在团队合作能力、护理核心制度、学习心得体会、护理大病例书写、社会责任感的理论和技能操作方面进行考核的平均成绩均较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对研究组实习护生的工作满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后疫情时代通过对实习护生社会责任感的培养,进一步加深了实习护生对护理工作的认识、培养其对护理工作的责任感与使命感,激发学习兴趣与主动性;提高实习护生对患者的病情观察能力、沟通能力,增加患者对实习护生的信任感,达到了提高实习护生的实习质量和提高患者满意度的双向效果。Objective To explore the effect of cultivating social responsibility of nursing students in the post-epidemic era.Methods In this study,163 nursing students who were interned in two affiliated hospitals of a medical university from June to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.75 nursing students from one of the affiliated hospital were part of the study group to develop a sense of social responsibility.A control Group of 87 nursing students from another affiliated hospital were trained according to the routine.The differences of team cooperation ability,nursing core system mastery ability,nursing case writing ability and skill operation ability between two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The average scores of team cooperation ability,nursing core system,learning experience,nursing case writing,social responsibility theory and skill operation of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group after phased education and training,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The score of job satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion In the post-epidemic era,through the cultivation of social responsibility of probationers,the understanding of nursing work,the sense of responsibility and mission of nursing work are further deepened,and the learning interest and initiative are stimulated.The two-way effect of improving the quality of practice and the satisfaction of patients is achieved by improving the ability of observation and communication,and increasing the trust of patients.
