摘 要:目的了解绵阳市三级甲等医院护士群体职业认同现状及影响因素,为提升护士职业认同干预策略提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年8—12月采用一般资料量表、护士职业认同量表、组织支持感量表和应对方式量表对绵阳市4所三级甲等医院746名临床护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果临床护士职业认同总分为104.44±10.31,处于中等水平。其组织支持感得分为40.81±7.12;积极应对得分为21.11±3.41,消极应对得分为10.06±2.95。职业认同总分及各维度与组织支持感、积极应对呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.01)。职称、职务、人事关系、是否喜欢护理专业、选择护理专业原因、组织支持感及消极应对是三级甲等医院护士职业认同的主要影响因素,可解释总变异的69.2%。结论绵阳市三级甲等医院护士群体职业认同处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。护理管理者应根据影响因素采取针对性干预策略,增强组织支持,降低消极应对,引导护士正确认识护理专业的社会价值以提升其职业认同。Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of professional identity among nurses in grade-A tertiary hospital of Mianyang City,provide theoretical basis for intervention strategies to improve nurses’ professional identity. Methods By convenience sampling methods,746 clinical nurses in four grade-A tertiary hospital of Mianyang City from August to December2019 were investigated,using the General Information Scale,Nurse Professional Identity Quantitative List,Organizational Support Scale and Coping Style Scale. And the data were analyzed. Results The total score of clinical nurses’ professional identity was104.44±10.31,which was at a medium level. The score of organizational support was 40.81 ±7.12. The score of positive copying and negative copying was 21.11 ±3.41 and 10.06±2.95 respectively. The total score and dimension score of professional identity were positively correlated with organizational support and positive copying(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with negative copying(P<0.01). Professional titles,positions,personnel relations,whether to like nursing majors,reasons for choosing nursing major,sense of organizational support,and negative copying were the main influencing factors of professional identity among nurses in grade-A tertiary hospital,which could explain 69.2% of the total variation. Conclusion Professional identity of nurses in grade-A tertiary hospital of Mianyang City is at a medium level and needs to be further improved. Nursing managers should adopt targeted intervention strategies based on influencing factors,strengthen organizational support,reduce negative copying,and guide nurses to understand the social value of nursing professions correctly to enhance their professional identity.
