摘 要:目的:探究双导师制对护士学生临床沟通能力的作用。方法:选取2014年10月-2017年10月大专护士实习生60人,作为研究组;选取同期中专护士实习生60人,作为对照组。对照组学生采用传统医院导师带教模式;研究组学生采用双导师制度。比较两组学生沟通行为评分及临床沟通能力评分。结果:培训2年结束后,研究组沟通行为评分及临床沟通能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双导师制度能够显著提升护士学生的临床沟通能力,对提高护理效率及护理效果可能存在帮助作用。Objective:To explore the effect of double tutors system on clinical communication ability of nursing students.Methods:From October 2014 to October 2017,60 junior college nurse trainees were selected as study group.In the same period,60 technical secondary school nurse trainees were selected as control group.The control group adopted traditional hospital tutor teaching model.The study group adopted double tutors system.The communication behavior score and clinical communication ability score of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 years of training,the scores of communication behavior and clinical communication ability in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The double tutors system can significantly improve the clinical communication ability of nursing students,it may be helpful to improve nursing efficiency and nursing effect.
