摘 要:实践教学作为跨境电商人才培养的重要组成部分,对创新型、复合型、应用型、国际型人才的培养发挥着重要的作用。对跨境电商实践教学存在的现状进行分析,指出当前跨境电商实践教学存在实战不可行、模拟有局限和实践需深化三个方面的问题。同时,结合对跨境电商行业的理解,指出跨境电商实践教学分为以平台模拟为主要特征的1.0阶段、以综合训练为主要特征的2.0阶段、以数据化运营为主要特征的3.0阶段以及以数据化的全面融入为主要特征的4.0阶段。当前跨境电商实践教学总体上处于3.0阶段,并提出在可预见的跨境电商实践教学4.0阶段,数据将和课程全面融合,跨境电商知识体系将被重构,并对院校人才培养产生深远影响。As an important part of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation,practice teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative,compound,applied and international talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce practice teaching and points out that there are three problems in the current cross-border e-commerce practice teaching,such as the infeasibility of real operation,the limitations of simulation and the need to deepen the practice teaching.At the same time,combined with the understanding of the crossborder e-commerce industry,it is pointed out that the cross-border e-commerce practice teaching is divided into 1.0 stage with platform simulation as the main feature,2.0 stage with comprehensive training as the main feature,3.0 stage with data-based operation as the main feature,and 4.0 stage with the comprehensive use of data as the main feature.At present,the practice teaching of cross-border e-commerce is generally in the 3.0 stage.It is proposed that in the foreseeable 4.0 stage of cross-border e-commerce practice teaching,the data will be fully integrated with the course,and the knowledge system of cross-border e-commerce will be reconstructed,which will have a far-reaching impact on talent training in colleges and universities.
